What to include

• Write from the email address linked to your account so we can find it faster.
• Tell us your device and app version, or the browser you use for the website.
• Describe what happened, what you expected to see and the steps that lead to the error.
• Attach a screenshot if it helps explain the problem.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or medical records: we do not need them to help you.

Response time

We usually reply within 3 business days. Personal data requests are handled within 10 business days of receipt; this period may be extended by no more than 5 business days, in which case we will tell you why.
