How to delete your account

Email a deletion request to [email protected] from the address associated with the account. To protect user data, we may request minimal information to verify identity.

What happens next

After confirmation, the account is deactivated and the profile, diary, messages and user content are deleted or irreversibly anonymized in the primary database within 30 days. The Auth0 sign-in account and the analytics events linked to the account are deleted within the same period. Backups are overwritten within the following 35 days.

Minimal records may be retained longer only where required by law, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Such records are isolated from other uses.

Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Deletion contact: [email protected].
