Terms of Use

  1. These Terms are between the user and the Controller and govern Ogurchik.ai on ogur.app, iOS and Android. The Controller is George Babayan, individual developer, address: 305 Adams Ave, State College, PA 16803-3606, United States. Contact: [email protected]. Users must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information.
  2. The Service is an informational nutrition and habit tracker. Calories, macros, photo recognition and AI suggestions are estimates. The Service is not a doctor or medical device and does not diagnose or treat. Users with symptoms, eating disorders, pregnancy, chronic conditions or emergencies should contact qualified professionals or emergency services. Grocery suggestions and cart links come from the third-party service VkusVill: VkusVill sets the range, prices and availability, and orders are placed and paid for on its website under its terms.
  3. The user receives a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable license. Illegal content, unauthorized access, unlawful reverse engineering, disruption, malware and presenting outputs as medical opinions are prohibited.
  4. Users retain ownership of their content and grant the Controller a limited right to process it only to operate, secure and improve the Service under the Privacy Policy. Identifiable photos, audio and health data will not train general-purpose models without separate optional consent.
  5. Free and paid features, prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. The MVP is free. Paid iOS digital features use Apple In-App Purchase; Android uses Google Play Billing. Separate website payments are not accepted during the MVP. These Terms will be updated before another payment method is enabled.
  6. Users can delete their accounts as described at https://ogur.app/delete-account/en. Access may be restricted for violations, security risks or legal requirements, with notice where reasonably possible.
  7. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
